PARTICIPATION

Selection committee members are searching the design field to select the best Dutch Design made in the past year. It is also possible to submit designs.  

Registration in the categories Communication, Product, and Spatial and for the Young Designer Award is entirely free of charge. Please take note of the fact that you can only register online. Due to the Dutch nature of the Dutch Design Awards, it is only possible to submit an entry in the Dutch version of this website.  

The DDA 2011 is now closed for entry.

Entrants are requested to submit per entry some visual material (at the most three Jpegs of up to 1 MB each) and a brief description of the design. It is possible to submit more than one entry but a design cannot compete in more than one category at the same time. 

Designs made and/or produced and/or presented and/or published in the period from 1 June 2010 to 1 May 2011 qualify for the DDA 2011 edition. Participants can opt for one subcategory per design. Members of the selection committees can decide by mutual agreement to transfer the work to a different, more suitable category.
