La Bolleur organises exhibitions, film evenings, comedy nights, theatre performances, dinners and parties. To promote a party that the Eindhoven design scene organized during the Salone in Milan in 2008, they made a caravan which produced a balloon with the brand name out of the roof every hour. With a procession through the city centre of Eindhoven, where a chef stood cooking on a cart, they sold tickets for the La Bolleur dinner during the Dutch Design Week. The brand messages do not have a specific La Bolleur style, they depend on their surprise effect and design qualities. The designers allow themselves the freedom to experiment with printing techniques.
La Bolleur brings people together in experimental ways, at an exhibition, a film night, or a dinner. The surprise effect is typical of brand expressions in La Bolleur style. A caravan with objects floating out of an inflatable roof, or a cook on a cart travelling through the Eindhoven city centre. Together, originality and quality create a very strong attraction.
