In this ‘god game’, the world is presented in an unusual two-dimensional style. The aim of the game is to take care of humanity through the hands of mighty giants and maintain the balance between the forces of nature and the greediness of humankind.

Without any emphatically educational or moral intentions, this task gives the game a surprisingly social meaning - Bas van Lier, Dutch Design Jaarboek 2013

Committee

It is an innovative game concept considering the interaction of the globe with the player and the zoom function. All aspects of life are dealt with in a special way, allowing the player to become aware of the vulnerability of the world. The graphic style, the detailing and the theme of the concept are the deciding factors for this nomination.
